Doing some research on Saul Alinsky and his Rules for Radicals, and now I see why we are facing one of the toughest, sleaziest, and sneakiest election time in decades. These people have no shame, both the right and the left. Must the right, or the Establishment in this writing, employ tactics the left uses on them? Must we sink to this level? I thought the Republican Establishment is or was better than that. I obviously thought wrong.
In Governor Palin’s latest Facebook note, she notes “The Republican establishment which fought Ronald Reagan in the 1970s and which continues to fight the grassroots Tea Party movement today has adopted the tactics of the left in using the media and the politics of personal destruction to attack an opponent”. Of course, no candidate is perfect. No one ever is. After all, we are human. The weight of these flaws however have centered on each candidate, until one by one they start to drop out, like Rick Perry and Michelle Bachmann The four that remain are showing us that nothing will stop the Left and the Establishment Right to get rid of candidates that aren’t Romney.
Romney, of course, is the poster boy of the Establishment. I feel like Kesha, don’t you? “We R Who We R” gives us the message that GOP doesn’t care about the Tea Party movement or the grassroots movement as long as Romney wins the nomination. And being Obama-light, where will that take us? We will never get this country back to its foundational roots if we elect Romney.
The Establishment each day is turning out like the Left. Really, GOP? Is that what you want to do? Will you turn us against you? Because I’m about ready to. You people have no sense of right and wrong. You only wants money and power. I want my country back. I want a country that lives “under God” and sings proudly of its heritage. I want a country that protects Israel. I don’t want a president that bows to a Saudi king. I don’t want another stimulus to get us back on track. I want spending to be stopped and saving to begin. There is absolutely no way I want one more year of Obama. No way.
There comes a time to sit down and shut up. This isn’t one of them.
Dear GOP, I want Obama out of office.
